As all of you know the lucida always claimed their address as 151 east 85th street(probably EXTELL wanted to compete with the brompton,when the scaffolding went down,the entrance is now on Lexington in front of the subway air vents ,in the heart of a commercial block,
how many of you were misled about the location of the entrance?Is this ground to rescind a contract to buy a unit?

How do you end up buying an apartment without knowing how you enter the building? Don't you look at the lobby plans in addition to your own unit and floor if the place isn't built yet? Who are these people that spend gadzillion $$$ and just sign on the line without doing basic diligence?
