Discussion about The Lucida at 151 East 85th Street in Upper East Side
The Lucida was heavily marketed as being at 151 east 85th street,probably to compete with the brompton who unlike the lucida deliver an 85th street entrance.The lucida a green building has now the entrance on 1269 lexington ,one of the most polluted block of the upper east side.the front page of the offering plan show 151 east 85th street, is this ground to rescind the contract?
