I heard that no income verification loans are back.
Is that true?
If yes do you know which bank/agency is offering them?

Long live the NINJA loan

There are a couple of banks that have always been doing No Income Verification loans and will probably continue to do so: Apple Savings Bank, Hanover Community Bank, and Emigrant Savings Bank all do them. I'm not attesting to them being competitive on rate, down payment or any other guideline. I'm simply saying that they say they will do them.
