Please bring back the easy links to recently reduced and new listings on the home page.

i agree with magnusecs request... i really liked all the easy links (there were links to schools as well that seems to have disappeared.

those easy links made the site very unique and useful, now the site seems to look similiar to everyone else

those 2 itmes are under advanced search. just as easy, but i like the renatls showing up on the same page when you go to a building.

when listings close, after they go through, it would be great if you posted the actual sales price.

More statistics, like on the neighborhood pages.

i like the old layout better. fonts we clearer. page was cleaner. new google maps take a long time to load and freeze the page for a short time. thumbnail pictures seem smaller (map bigger?)? west village search now returns a far greater set of matches (including outside the west village).. map shows more properties than just the search results..

This new layout is NOT an improvement! Under the old format, once a building's address was typed in, the number of stories and units appeared. Where is that information now? If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Absolutely love the new layout. Some people just need time to adjust to change. Another additional item I think would be helpful is the ability to limit an area. For example - above 77th street and below 90th between 5th and 1st.

Great new layout. It would nice to see sales by "owner" and not just brokers.

I just found the site (I am looking for rentals), so I don't have a basis for old/new format comparisons, but I will say I LOVE this site.

Possible improvements: when using the "saved searches" feature, the ability to list "updated" profiles first (just as you can choose lowest and highest prices first).

Where are new listings?? - the best part about the site is now hidden. the changes were not well thought out at all.

In the middle of the home page, where it says RECENT LISTINGS.

Old layout of saved listings was better. Please bring back the small pictures and direct links to the brokers.

Just wanted to say thanks for all the great feedback people have posted as well as via email. We're certainly listening and will make adjustments after we've rolled out a few more features.

what happened to the recent price changes link?

Aesthetic-wise the new site is an improvement. However, I agree with many of the comments in that the old layout was better designed for functionality. Some of the links do not work or fail to list properties on the new page layout(e.g.recent price changes). The small pictures with every property listing was a plus. Listing the property's actual sale price and whether the property is being sold by owner would be huge improvements. Thanks for doing such a great job!

what is wrong with the price changes search? The site has found any in days and natefind has them every day. Somthing is amiss.

When are you going to cover the Gold Coast of Jersey?

I'd love to be able to sort based on price per square foot PLEASE.

It would be great if you show maintenance price on the search page, and also include it in advance search criteria.
