So is this still a pie-in-the-sky number? The price per square foot seems awfully high for a place that the agent admits has an anxious seller and goads us to make an offer. The pics are underwhelming but maybe that's the agent's fault.. At least there are pictures which I can't say for many of the Brooklyn properties.
