went to the open house to view the place on behalf of someone else. It was packed with people. Primarily an apartment for a young single person or couple no kids. Recently renovated in the style of Morgan's hotels- nothing personal and felt very alienating. LR/DR/ Kitchen were pleasant yet boring.Bottom line- not my personal taste. What a useless broker- full of smiles and warmth but knew nothing about the co-op, storage, financial or anything. It is the only profession were a sales person has no knowledge of the product they are selling. (all of that for a commission). The apartment will sell as it fits the mold of certain buyers. Finally- it felt like the market bellow $1.5 mill is active. Followed up to another O.H in the $2-3 fewer people.
