Discussion about The Sheffield at 322 West 57th Street in Hell's Kitchen

Sales at Sheffield look like are picking up. Any idea how the units having clean SW views be faring in the next few years? May be interesting since the rental situation is picking up?

what do people do that have their windows smack up against the Hearst tower? Who would Ever want to live in those units????

Those lot line windows were closed up when the Hearst tower went up. Just a wall there now.
