Went to see a couple of weeks ago. Apartments have very high ceiling and spacious layout. L+M's boss had an interview on NYTimes last weekend. Sound like they are specialized in doing affordable housing. This one is a mixed housing (20 something out of 72 units have income restriction) with a community facility unit in the basement. ... Neighborhood could be an issue. Hard to find comparable. Only 3 train is available one block away, not 2 train. ACBD at 145 St takes a trek. And the area was famous in news this week for a block party-turned-fatal shooting ...... taking a sideline position now.
