Nice but small apartments. Good as a starter apartment if the prices come down, still high per SF. Groundfloor duplex will be a hard sell, the basement has a low ceiling, feels like a dungeon.

I think that there is no washer/drier in the apartment, and they need bigger closets.

walked by it today; to me the immediate surroundings are rather grimy, and its a bit noisy....i wouldn't even consider it unless it was a serious bargain price

Depends on how tall you are. If you are under 6' don't think it would be too claustrophobic. It is far from optimal though. I would never want to live in a basement, if there is a fire, there is no escape. The air is dank and there is no light. I would value basement SF at 50% off or more.
The units higher up are perfectly serviceable, just small. The finishes are not quite the "luxury" they profess them to be but the ceilings are high and airy. All in all, an ok construction, just meh.

Grimy? I walked by there all the time. I wouldn't consider that area grimy.

The location is great, very convenient, the construction quality of the building is very poor, first impression was better. There are a lot of problems with this building.

If you visit it, you will see. I don't even know where to start. Things look like they were slapped together.

Are you saying it doesn't match the standard set by w11?

Warehouse 11 was a mess, I've never seen anything so shoddy but I actually think they are not that far apart and at least Warehouse 11 has better finishes and is cheaper per SF. The fridge at Bedford is a "Summit".
