Discussion about The Prospect Building at 823 Classon Avenue in Crown Heights
I'm sorry, help my out here: Several in contract and for sale are north of $600/sqft. Who is shelling out $600/sqft for an apartment on Classon@St Johns Place in Crown Heights? Especially when comparables around the corner are less than 500?

660, which units are being sold for 500/sqft nearby (and nearby east, or nearby west)? I'm interested in Prospect since it has proximity to subways, the park, museum, shopping/eating on washington and vanderbilt, .. It seems like the next logical area for growth eastward from grand army plaza, but maybe I'm missing something...
