Discussion about +art at 540 West 28th Street in West Chelsea

I recently looked at multiple apartments in this building and was amazed at what an outrageously overpriced poorly constructed bad value it was. This is one of those projects conceived of at the top of an outrageous real-estate market where unfortunately reality seems to have failed to dawn on anybody as yet. Definitely will pick another building not this one.
