I thought anyone seeing this apt (given the premium the owners have slapped on it for the “sunlight living room and open feel”) should be aware of NYU’s plans to build a dorm in the open green area across from 77 Bleecker, on the Mercer Street side. The NYU building will eliminate the "Open Western Exposure”.

Yes, NYU is now competing with University of Phoenix for worldwide domination of the market for students who want internet courses without too much heavy lifting.
