Anyone know how sales at the Touraine (132 E. 65th) are going? Only a couple of the listings (just) hit streeteasy but they have been for sale for a few months.

Curbed reported that 16 of the 22 units have been sold as of the middle of December. With some units going for $2,800 a square foot! Pretty amazing for a building that isn't even half erected yet. The rendering looks nice -limestone facade, French details. Central location is a plus too.

I looked at it. Very nice but generally not big apartments (except for the PHs) and very expensive per sf.

Curbed reports that "The building isn't finished yet, but there's only one unit left for sale at The Touraine." SE shows the PH still available, but don't know if there's anything else.

Has anyone else seen the apts?

I haven't seen them, but looks extremely nice and location is great.
