Hi, I am currently renting an apt that my landlord will put on the market for sale in a couple of months.
I would like to submit an offer to him to buy the apt, if possible before it gets on the market.
I have visited a lot of apts of same style to improve my knowledge of the market, but I would also like a professional to come to the apt, look at it, analyze it, and come up with an estimation of what a good price could be.
I also have the financials. Would this professional be capable of analyzing them for me? Or does it have to be a lawyer?
Do you know how that works, who I should contact for such an estimation, and how much it would typically cost me?
Would you recommend anybody in particular?
For the financials, if I have to go through a lawyer, do you know how much it would cost to have them analyze? Can you recommend anybody here too?
