It was in the paper today. Something about prostitutes.

brooksie doesn't care about that. as long as it comes with no broker fee he'll move his family into a s&m dungeon. avoid brokers and their fee's right brooksie? even at the expense of your families comfort and safety.

I'd bet whoever owns that building is making a lot of money on Manhattan real estate, and on the Upper Eastside no less! LOL!
