I am currently looking at a few condops for investment purposes in Manhattan. I have an excellent relationship with my bank, however they still require at least 30% down, because it s for investment, and because it s not a condo.
I only want to put down 20% for these transactions, anyone can recommend me somebody (my credit score and financials are good) ?

Very few if any lenders will finance an investment coop so take the 70% financing and run with it.
