We got our original mortgage and our refinance mortgage from Universal Mortgage. They made the entire process painless. Everything was handled by email. They immediately answered all questions we had so when we wanted to refinance we called them. Call Michael Bensimon at 718 210 1154.

Try Dan Levitan at Manhattan Mortgage (212) 318-9422, but make sure to call all the big banks (Chase, Citi, Wells Fargo, B of A) yourself since many no longer work with mortgage brokers.

Wells Fargo works with mortgage brokers and I close my residential loans with Wells Fargo.

I don't even know if Bank of America is doing Fannie Mae loans anyway.

As far as Chase goes, if you go retail, prepare for a long long wait time to close, same for Citi and their rates are higher.

Wells is your best bet.

I've also used Universal Mortgage three times now. Surprisingly, I got a better rate from Citi going through them compared to contacting Citi directly, although I think Citi is out of the wholesale mortgage business now. Olga Savelov is as honest a mortgage broker you'll find. (212) 401-0842. I can't recommend her enough.

I've used Wells for a few of my properties. Stay away from BoA.

I have used Thomas Scarlato from Chase for a number of transactions. I have referred him to multiple people, and everyone who has used his services was pleased. A true proffesional.
