Anyone recently moved into this building? What's the occupancy rate, management & location like? Is there room to negotiate on the rents that they have published? Thanks!

Stay Away....Stay far away....building is infested and already falling apart...you couldnt pay me to live there.....
Ads look nice... but 3 blocks away from the nearest subway (and not necessarily the one you need to get to work or wherever else you want to go)... How many units does it have?
What is the over/under on how long it will take to get fully leased (or if it doesn't what % leased by 2 year mark).

That describes all of Riverside Boulevard, a ridiculous area.
its a good building that rents fast, paying OP's or months free in this market is nice.... take advantage.
