Retirement ages will have to move to 70, 80 years old," Benmosche, who turned 68 last week, said during a weekend interview at his seaside villa in Dubrovnik, Croatia. "That would make pensions, medical services more affordable. They will keep people working longer and will take that burden off of the youth."

being unemployed is not the same as being retired and able to collect a pension.

catch 22. if people don't retire, fewer jobs open up for the younger. I personally want to work as long as possible; i don't want to retire and sit home and die. But I'd like to be able to do something I want to do - like work as a guide in a wild animal park in Kenya or Tanzania.
