Does anybody reliable tech support type person that can come to my apartmemt and and make all my stuff work togther properly (laptop, printers, apple tv, various other stuff). I know this sounds like a silly question for a NYC RE board but I'm sure somebody here has somebody good...BTW, I tried the Geek Squad, I won't be doing that again..

I called Tekserve a week and a half ago for a similar problem, got routed to onsite service dept. and was prompted to leave a phone message. I'm still waiting to hear back from Tekserve. Just reporting my own experience...
