we had an email conversation for offer and acceptance. We were just about to get the contract when the developer got a new business partner and needed to change the names etc on the contract. One thing and another, many months later we are finally about to receive actual contract and are told that there's a possibility that they will increase the price of the condo due to lower inventory and increased values of comp apartments (building is in williamsburg/ bushwick area).
anyone else been in this situation? how did it pan out/ what did you do?
