$2.60 per sq ft maintenance.
Considering where it is, not exactly awful when you get past the obscene gross dollar figure of the monthly.

i personally like the smell of horsesht, keeps the 'hip' of grungy nyc albeit a shiny rustic old money meets nouveau aesthteic while pretending to be poor ala warhol sans neon.
