this property accepted an offer over two weeks ago. Then decided they wanted to entertain 'we may have another offer' (over or @ ask). then got back to first accepted buyer with a 'we want credit report' as their is 'another offer we are entertaining and want to make comparison'.......

anyone ever heard of such goings on? If so, please BE SPECIFIC (commentary such as "this is NYC" is NOT a discussion.

This property is now back on the market. Hmmm. Supposedly there were some financing issues. (And what happened to the maintenance? Seems suddenly excessive.)

I may be wrong, but it seems other units in this building have gone into contract and then are back on the market a short time later.
