I've got something in FiDi if you want to be down there -- doorman building with tricked-out gym, movie room, etc.
When do you need to be in?
You can write me below -- please put "streeteasy" in the subject line so I can find it.

seven7: Definitely work with ali. r.... A class act all the way. None better.
here's one of my listings:
Owner will consider 6 months (but not less)
front_porch I may have someone who also is looking for a short term and would be happy with Flatiron. Will be contacting you from same email as this username so keep a lookout. They need a 1 bedroom though.
I'm more of a sales broker than a rental broker, but I was quoted in the Times about short-term rentals so I've got more leads than normal, happy to try to make a match.
I need a 1 month sublet for July in either Astoria, Long Island City, Park Slope, Bed-Stuy, or Clinton Hill. Any insight will be helpful.
