Discussion about
We've lived in this building for 8 years and have absolutely loved it. Then, last year, a new management company was brought in, BLDG Management. They are without doubt, the worst and most rude group of individuals I have ever dealt with in my life. Everyone we've seen living here for years has now moved or is moving (and they barely raised rents, so just take that as a sign of how horrible these people are). Even the doormen complain about how awful they are. They refused to turn on the A/C until June 1st, despite the heat wave in May and the fact it was over 100 degrees inside. I could deal with everything is they were at least nice and apologetic, but they are just simply horrible people to deal with. STAY AWAY.

Where is The Plague? Is that one of those newer buildings in Long Island City?

This ks certainly 220 e 63. And, despkte the op claiming otherwise, this is about money, as rents were raised considerably. There is exactly one vacant unit in the building.
