What type of floor for coop basement/garbage room?

Hello!
I'm looking for advice about what type of floor would be good for my coop's basement. There are 2 apartments that access their apartments from the basement level, so we'd like it to be nice and bright and pretty, but also very durable (as the entrance to the garbage room and storage room/gym/bike room is also through the area that we want to redo, and people drag their stuff across the floor all the time).
Would anyone suggest polished concrete (maybe tinted)?
Porcelain or Ceramic tile? (and if you have any specific suggestions that would be great!)
Marble (we have marble tile in the lobby and it seems pretty tough)?
Engineered wood?
Other?
Thanks!

1 - polished concrete

i would stay away from ceramic and any kind of wood below grade.
