We are a small hi-rise Co-op looking for excellent recommendations of an Architect/Design Firm to re-do our lobby and entrance.
Would appreciate any suggestions, particularly if we can view your recently completed lobby/entrance! Thanks.
I don't know who did the design work, but 115 E. 9th did a really beautiful job -- and much more so on the corridors of the non-lobby levels. Right down to the apartment number tags.
Very modern-snazzy, distinctive yet almost under-stated ... if that's what you're looking for.
I don't live there, or I'd extend an invitation for a tour and sidecars.
HI. Please call and we will show you a recently completed project in Chelsea: www.agenciegroup.com, 212 203-0291

I would highly recommend Ergas-Forbes. Our coop first used them for our hallway design and were so pleased that we had them do the design/architecture for a gut lobby and mailroom. Smaller 'hands on ' firm that specializes in lobby and hallways.

Our small co-op is starting the same process to renovate our lobby right now and I'm wondering if you would be willing to share which firm you went with and if you would recommend them, or not.
