Does anyone know what construction project is being built next to the Aire (next door to the north)?

I believe it's a new synagogue but not certain.

yep - that's the project right next to the citi branch. how's the noise inside the building? any issues with hearing neighbors either through the walls or footsteps on the ceiling?
