She's got a buyer for it, whose UCC1 for the loan was filed more than a month ago. That buyer is also the would-be seller of http://streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/679867-coop-105-e-15th-st-gramercy-park-new-york

Nestseekers agents don't seem big on keeping data up-to-date.
