This is a weird one: back in 2007/08, it used to be at least 4 separate PHs. One (#16C) was sold for $1210000. Now it looks like all of them are combined. ALso, the maisonette is in contract, too. Probably a good story behind all this. Anybody's in on this one?

It's three of the building's four penthouses, not all four. They're still uncombined, as the ad and floorplan indicate.
The three separate shareholders must've talked over their fences and agreed to sell in one whack. PHA isn't selling.
It's 670 total shares: 213 for B, 200 for C, and 257 for D. We won't know until they close whether the money's divvied up in the same proportion.
