Whats the average annual cost of one of these for those that have their own HVAC and/or boilers?
Got a quote for $600/yr. Have had the AC die once one me already and so i was out $900 for the year in repairs already. :(
Homeserve USA doesn't seem to service manhattan condo's..But that was quoted at like $350/yr which seemed much more reasonable.
Anybdoy have suggestions for companies for them?

I don't understand the point -- spend $600/year, which may or may not avoid a $900 repair bill?
What does the company do for $600/year?

they offer 2 general service tuneups of the boiler and hvac (1 in spring 1 in fall), and no charge for labor when doing repairs. i guess i'm trying to gauge if this is something people usually get or if they just go with paying each incident.
