�I am a home owner in south slope brooklyn and the empty lot next door was just purchased and will be converted into possibly a high rise apartment or multi-family unit. My husband and I are concerned about the impact new construction will have on our natural light (all of our windows face the empty lot) as well as the overall environment. Our house is 2 stories so I imagine we have air rights. We are looking for any advice regarding our rights in regards to this new development
