Have these guys gone mad? The previous two sales of this same unit has been at 750k and 776k...how doe they ask for 950k...and why so much flipping in this condo...any insights? Thanks.

amenity wise, its hard to find a more stacked recent new development. Given market conditions over the last 5-6 months, and where inventory levels r right now, I can see why some owners contemplating selling might want to push that decision forward a bit to take advantage
Were the previous two pre-construction flips? It says "be the first to move in"?
