The problem will be like with the Plaza...the building is beutiful on the outside, but has such thick walls and tiny windows inside that it will kind of suck as 3,000 PSF condos, IMO.
I don't think the lobby is currently open to the public. I believe that a large purple fungus organism hiding in the form of a third rate university currently uses the space.
How too awful. They really need to be sent packing to their natural home campus in University Heights if that's the case. The one that features the Walk of Shame.
Change is natural. They are converting to a higher use. It will be a challenge to make it work w/ the small windows, but in return they are getting high ceilings, high floor units w/ views, and one of a kind architectural features. I can see 3000 psft.
