Ridiculous. If I'm going to pay 16.9 million for an apartment, I don't want to be on WEA and 86. If they do sell it (and I'm saying IF), I'm predicting that they'll get around 10 mil...if that. They had the PH on the market for 37.5 mil...I don't know who decided to put a 13,000 sq. ft. apt. on WEA on the market and expect almost 40 mil...

So when you have $16.9 million, don't go there... what are you complaining about and why?

@Fairway, I'm just saying that the prices are outrageous. Look at the sale history for the building...almost every apartment sold for below ask, and in most cases, WAY below ask. 38.5% below ask (#10), 39.7% below ask (#12), 40.0% below ask (#11), 43.9% below ask (#15), etc.

Not everyone, but the majority of people including myself would want to be in a different location if their spending 16.9 million. That's all I'm saying.

Fairway, we have another person who thinks that apartment pricing is based on morality. So he or she'd rather focus on price per square foot than issues like hunger, obesity, jobs, the environment, world peace, women's rights, right to life, breast cancer, prostate cancer, lead paint, autism, or even subway cleanliness, Port Authority tolls, the right to smoke-free air in NYC parks, or the right to drink 17 oz of sugar.
