What's up with all the B-line units going up or sale?

Best line of the building, IMO. Only 3 out of about 35 are for sale.
I guess people see prices jumping at Citylights and decide to cash out.
I also think the B units stand out right now more than before because there's barely anything for sale. I remember in the past way more B units have been for sale at any one time.

They are the best line and this is certianly the time to cash in if the unit was purchased a while ago and/or the people are sick of paying $2,500/mo. in maintenence costs.

Underlying building mortgage costs are factored into the maintenance. That's why a certain percentage of it is tax deductible.
