I guestimate $70-90 depending on how much clutter they have to clean around. More if you want laundry done while they clean.

We have similar size apartment. We pay $100 and leave quarters for laundry, which she does and folds.

Generally can find some Groupon, LivingSocial, or Lifebooker Loot vouchers for NYC cleaning service at a discount. But, if possible, you should check on any reviews of the specific cleaning service offering discounts through these sites. I tried one of the ones for Suffolk Cty in Long Island and the price turned out to be excellent and I was supervising the cleaning person who worked really hard. It was a great option for me here in L.I. since services tend to be hard to find and, if found, quite expensive.

I meant to say, once you have a chance to see how a particular cleaning service does the job of cleaning your apt., you can compare value and quality of service. Of course, find out what the regular rates are because they differ. Sometimes it is not necessary that more expensive is better. That is why I like the voucher options to try out various services. I have a couple of companies lined up for my NYC apt. Will see how they do the job. Also, I am thinking about another voucher for a "green" cleaning co. I want to see how the first two companies do and then decide if I will try the third company, all at nice discounts and I got multiple vouchers.
