Renters beware. This building's service is based on "rent controlled" people (more than 90% of renters) who are paying 10% of market price you will be charged. That means this building provides no service whatsoever. The owner lives in the same buiding and management you have to deal with behaves as if she is the owner. Very bossy and mean and super rude. Cheap and say no to anything building should provide (such as window screen). Last but not least, there is very big "pest" problem in this building they do not inform you. Think twice about cost-benefit as you can rent full service brand-new apartment anywhere else for the price you will be charged.
