Well, strictly speaking they've been seen, but they're "heart-stopping," as the listing says, so ... the person who saw them is sadly no longer around.

Haha, indeed. I'm guessing the price is so ambitious b/c the unit 2 floors below just sold for 70 million.

And with no board hurdle to jump, you only need 10% down and can finance the remaining 85 million!!
