71 Park Avenue - 5D. Realtor showed us this apartment on Aug 15 - floors/walls were still dirty from old tenant. Food was still in the fridge/freezer, lights didn't work, closet shelves looked like they were ready to collapse. Landlord offered 2650, Realtor refused to budge with 15% commission - NOT WORTH IT!!!!
