Unit 9A is on the top floor and has had a gut renovation. The unit has a nice layout including living room with wood burning fireplace and south exposure windows into a juliet balcony. Large enough for a dining area as well with built-in shelves. The master bedroom is expansive, the 2nd bedroom is smaller yet will easily fit a full size, yet qn bed may be tight. The kitchen is a gem including a Bosch dishwasher, electric oven, gas cooktop, undermoutn sink and a windowed eating area. The bathroom, also windowed offers a true sunken tub custom for the space. The unit is only one bathroom. This is one of the nicest 2 BD's in the area and for the rent, a good option.
