SAVE wait until spring to sell? or pull the trigger now

We are going to sell our 2 BR 1 bath coop on the upper UWS in a decent non-doorman elevator building. Does it make sense to wait until spring or should we list it now? Is there a "season" in NYC? There seems to be such low inventory that it might make sense to list after Labor Day?
