What is wrong with this unit / building / street? This has been on sale since 2011!

just barren, that's all. People can look into the unit from MOMA. Lots of people at that. Every restaurant in the area has an expense account premium and lack of culture built-in as an assumption. Where you shop for groceries?

8E, 2bed 2bath with updated kitchen, unlike this one, sold for 680k, that's another reason why it has been in the market since 2011.
