Does anybody know if there is any recent interest in the retail space underneath OBBP? Are they in discussions with anybody?

I don't know if it's true, by an agent last week said that they were in active discussions with a 'green grocer' about leasing part of the retail space. Not Whole Foods. Possibly Union Market?

During the June board meeting, the sponsor said a gourmet grocer had signed a letter of intent.

Still nothing there? Wow.
