Could I getyour opinion buying an apt on a busy street? Are apts on busy streets hard to resell? Is the value good if you can get a good price per sq ft? Just like a house across from an airport.

Obtw the stale listing stating 'no nyu parent buying for kids' iz so funny. I guess living in a 200 sq ft studio as my primary residence while an undergrad at a 3rd rate college gets 'dorm' room with a box of pencils would make any SS cashing fool jealous.
