Subdivide the commune!

I'll be around, to avoid the crowds. Maybe daytrips to the ocean and/or mountains if it's what a neighbor of mine used to call "vintage Arizona weather!" (he used to live there, or so he claimed).

But seriously, subdivide the commune -- hopefully it's oceanfront. And brownbag some real food and sidecars before you go there.
