Discussion about Icon at 306 West 48th Street in Hell's Kitchen

anyone know anything about this? Looks awesome. Love the corner units and balconies.. debating pulling the trigger on a 1 bedroom... I notice it's only been open for a few weeks, any ideas guys?

Indeed, It looks awesome but depending on your facing. I'm living in a modern high-rise condo, not far from this building but face to 8 Ave. Our windows have perfect insulation but the noise of trash trucks at 5am is a pain :( Not sure the bars downstairs of this building as well...

My brother lives in Clinton and he describes them as regular old rentals, nothing fancy...but way too much for the money
