Subletting a Coop

Discussion about
How would a coop that has any restriction on subletting actually enforce the restriction if there is no doorman??? Realistically speaking, do people simply get away with it in that circumstance??

Depends. If their neighbors don't notify management.

One way they get away is to consider the person a roommate. This of course works more easily if it's a friend/relative and not some craigslist person.
