It's spectacular - saw it years ago right after it had been built, but before it was combined (from the original two apartments into one by the purchasers, who also took over the original hallway between the two units). Has remote controlled shades for the glass ceilings.
The penthouse at 31 N. Moore, now asking $14,950,000 (needing combination) doesn't come close - the sellers there are delusional.

FWIW - the two apartments were purchased together for something close to $4,000,000; don't think there was any extra charge for the hallway. The two parking spaces were purchased separately for, I think, about $50,000 each.
