I'm inundated with the number of new(ish) bldgs and converts in FiDi. Are there any out there that are known to be particularly good in terms of living experience? Seems like many of the reviews are pretty negative, but to be fair a lot of them are from jaded condo owners/potential investors, not renters.
I'm looking to stay under 3k for a studio and close to 4/5/6, but other than that I have no other real preferences.

I own and live in The District on Fulton St. And believe there are a few studios for rent. I can say the building staff and ameneties are very good and it's quite convenient to the 4/5/6, 2/3, A/C/E and R. There are some issues with the building, but none that would likely affect what you're looking for.
